Frequently asked questions
How does it work?
Open the zipper, turn on the switch and zip it back up. The ball rolls, bounces and plays fun sounds when your cat plays with it.
How big is it?
The ball measures about 6 in × 6 in.
How do I charge it?
Open the zipper and plug the inner ball into the included USB-C charging cable. The battery is built in, so there are no batteries to buy.
Will my cat actually play with it?
It's made to trigger your cat's chase instinct. It moves on its own, changes direction and plays sounds, so it never sits still the way a regular toy does.
Is it chew-proof?
No. It's a soft plush toy made for chasing, batting and pouncing, not for chewing. Always supervise play and remove the toy if it becomes damaged.
